I wanted to thank Dr. Tarwater and Dr. Youngblood. Dr. Tarwater gave me three extra months with my baby Boomer and Dr. Youngblood helped me make a sad decision this morning. Both Dr's and your whole staff were so wonderful and sympathitic. I could never find better people to care for my babies.

I just wanted you to now that you are the best veternarian I have ever delt with and that you have the greatest bed-side manner any person could hope for. Furthermore, the way you care for the animals is outstanding. I just want you to know that it does not go unoticed. Thank you for all your help with Honey. We are so grateful even though she is not with us anymore and will always come to your for our veternarian needs.

Bill lost his leg several years ago about a year ago he developed a softball sized abscess that popped right where his scar is. I went to 2 other vets but nobody could figure out why he wasn't healing properly. His health also began deterierating rapidly. stopped eating, drinking and urinating, unable to walk at all. We brought him to your clinic. and after some tests it was found that Bill had Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, very rare for this area, I'm told. He treated Bill and we are both eternally grateful to you all.

I have been coming to alvarado vet clinic for years, everyone is always nice and ready to help, always wanting the bes for my animals, i trust the doctors at alvarado with my animals lives. You guys are awesome, thanks for the wonderful services, i'll be by there soon for some shots :)

I just wanted to say thank you for your help last Sunday with our little traveling friend that got hit on the highway. My dad called me Wednesday morning and told me she had too much brain damage and needed to be relieved and put down. I was relieved to hear that there had been an end to her suffering.

Greatest place ever to take your animals! My whole family has been using them for over 25 years!! I live in Bureleson now and still take my dogs there, my parents live in crowley and take their animals there too!!! Kind, Caring People!!!

I love this vet and so do my dogs. Dr. Pearce treat my golden with the utmost care for his allergies and my labs love the attention they get when they are there for vaccinations. Open late and will answer any question in person or on the phone

This clinic is fantastic for the special needs of our toy/ show dogs. The entire staff always has a cheerful in all weathers/ can-do attitude. We've been using this clinic for years and the one constant is their compassion for animals.
Their unique ability to accept walk-ins is a huge advantage for us.

We have been very pleased with Alvarado Veterinary Clinic. We started using them when we moved about 3 years ago from Dallas and our previous vet was too far away. We've taken our dogs and cats there on several occasions. I even met one doctor after hours because my goats twin #2 was breach. He was very good and encouraging during the process. He encouraged us to take the baby and give it the best we could to try to keep it alive, she is alive and well today. I have found them to be very reasonable in everything they have done compared to my prior vet. We will continue to use Alvarado in the years to come.

My family has used this clinic for more than 17 years now. The vets are awesome and the staff excellent. They were more than sympathetic when we found out that our beloved dog had heart worms. They saw us through the whole ordeal and made us feel like family. They have a very caring staff who seem to have unending patience . I found that the stellar reputation of this facility and it's staff is widespread. I highly recommend this establishment!Keep it up Bud, Steve, Paul Kevin and Denise!

Steve Menzies is the most knowledgable and compasionate veterinarian you could find anywhere. We have used Alvarado Veterinary Clinic for the past 22 years with two therapeutic riding programs and all of our personal dogs, cats and horses. We have seen the clinic grow from Steve Menzies and Bud Pierce to the ten vets they have at present. They are very selective about the additions to their business, and all of the veterinarians show the same outstanding qualities of the founders. Steve Menzies' expertise and caring attention for your pet has always proved to be outstanding, and we look forward to many years in the future
